Claudius Linton (AKA Kingman) started his singing career in the Angelic Brothers alongside Cecil Hemmings. The duo changed their name to the Hofner Brothers before parting company in the early 70's. Linton went on to perform as a solo artist, most succesfuly on the single Crying Time circa 1976. He retired from the music business in 1982 but re-emerged with a reissue of his 70's releases in 2007 followed by an album of new material, Sign Time, in 2008.
